Misleading advertising on the Epson printer

As per the adverti*****t from PnP on the Epson L3110, it was on special and that you could get a cashback from EPSON, if you buy the printer from PnP before 24 May 2020. I previously bought an EPSON printer from Makro in the same way with NO hassle, and therefore assisted my mother to buy the Epson printer on special from PnP. After driving to 4 PnP stores, we eventually found one at Wonderpark PnP. After we bought it, I went onto the Epson website to register the printer, and on their website, they mentioned that the special with the cash back from them, ended end March 2020. This clearly means that PnP is misleading customers with their advertising. This is unacceptable, as I would not advise my mom to buy this printer, if it was not on special. What's even worse, is the fact that only Epson rep**** to my email, and PnP has failed to reply to any one of my emails. PnP owes my mom the R650 they falsely advertised.!!!!
