Misleading advertising and False promises

<p>In November of last year you advertised emerald butter R34.90. I went to your Southgate store and they had no stock and gave me a rain check, Your Newtown branch and Lenasia branch did the same. I was at your Southgate store a few weeks later and they gave me another rain check, stating they are waiting for the supplier and promised to contact me, to date no one has bothered to call. Friends and relatives have had the same experience at the Rosebank and Lenasia outlet.</p> <p>Customers be careful of false advertising used to lure you to their stores. As this experience has proven true. I also contacted pick n pays customer care and haven’t yet received a response. Whats going on guys, is it too much to expect you to behave in an ethical and responsible manner when you conduct your business?</p> <p> </p>
