Misleading advertising.

In early December Pick n Pay Liquor Steeldale hyper had a special of 3 bottles of Viceroy brandy for R225 - Bargain! I went there directly to be told they had no stock i should come back. I went back 2 more times to be told no stock come back On the 3rd occasion I asked for a rain check since it appeared they never had stock and they couldn't tell me when stocks would arrive. I was given a rain check for "Viceroy brandy" expiting 17th Jan 21. Some days I was informed by an acquaintance that it wasn't brandy at all but brandy liqueur & he was also under the impression it was brandy as advertised. I checked the ad and it said brandy, nothing about liqueur. I checked the picture of the ad & inspected the actual picture of the bottle with a watchmakers magnifier & I could just make out the word looking like "lequeur" on the bottle. In any event my raincheck became redundant when the lock down was put into place. This is, in my opinion, the 2nd time Steeldale Hyper used deceptive marketing in as many weeks. My rain check says Viceroy brandy 750ml not brandy liqueur. I have a rain check for Viceroy brandy not nrandy lequeur. I reckon pick n Pay should honour their cheque after all the inconvenience I've been through. Again, misleading advertising.
