Misleading

I would like to raise a concern regarding my last two orders. On both occasions, it was indicated that a free item would be included first a 200ml fabric softener, and on the second order either a chocolate or biscuit. However, when the deliveries arrived, these items were not included. I find this quite misleading, as the promise of these items influenced my decision to place the orders. Had I known they would not be provided, I may have chosen to order from another retailer, such as Checkers. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter and clarity on why the advertised items were not included.
