Miseading Ad
Today 28 September 2020 i went to Pick n Pay Atlantis to buy the vegetable special "ANY FOUR FOR R100" (3kg Potatoes, Onions, Sweet Potatoes etc). This is a product i normally buy. Today after standing in a Q i came by the till and the cashier told me i can't take FOUR potatoes i need to mix it in order for the items to go through as a special.
My response was "but the advert shows ANY FOUR FOR R100"
The cashier called one of the managers and she just told me there is nothing she can do about it, they get orders from Head Office. My thing is this why advertise something and when you go to the store they tell you a different story??
If something like this happens put up a NOTE so that the customers can see, before they purchase these items.
I just feel it's very unprofessional to operate like that. Totally unhappy about this situation.
