Minah from Pick n Pay San Ridge square your attitude towards customers STINKS!!

I went to go buy electricity at Pick n Pay San ridge square and I was served by a cashier that did not receive soft skills and customer service training at all!!! This woman goes by the name of Minah she's dark in complexion and has short hair. She said her surname is Sithole. I purchased electricity from her but the units on the slip were incorrect so i queried this with her because i had the same issue last month at the same store and they sent me from pillar to post. I asked for a refund because I wasn't prepared to lose money without getting what I paid for. She said 'well sorry there's no refund it's not our fault go and make enquiries elsewhere and that got me really mad. She then called another lady who was standing next to her to intervene. While I was busy asking for my refund Minah decides to laugh out loud and make a mockery out of the fact that I'm asking for my money back. She even called out her colleague to ridicule me and I couldn't take it any longer, so I asked her what's so funny? She replies with a smirk no its nothing she is having a chat with her colleague. Shes having a chat while there's people waiting in line to be served?? I then continued with the lady I was speaking to and when I asked for the refund again, she laughed and tapped at her colleague and pointed out at me while having one good laugh. Now, is this how Pick n Pay trained their staff to laugh at customers who bring in money?? Pick n Pay trained your staff to laugh at customers who are troubled by something that occurred at their store? This girl made me so angry that I even promised to slap her across the face because I'm busy stressing about going to a house that has no electricity whereas I just paid for it using my last cent? It's a shame how we as black people look down on one another. If I were a white person, she would've apologized and most probably given me my money back but no because it's another black person let's all ridicule her and even show her to the rest of the staff that one of our own is troubled. The nerve to even laugh at my face and laugh out loud is beyond me. I also received attitude last month when I had the same issue and I'm pretty sure it's because even when customers log complaints about the store workers nothing happens. I will take this to all social media platforms to make people aware of the treatment we get from cashiers at Pick n Pay San ridge square Midrand, especially from MInah!!
