Milktart burnt again

I bought a milktart from pick n pay hypermarket by the sea in durban for tea and yet again the same horrible experience the milktart was burnt and could not be eaten now i have a full milktart and i am not going to drive all the way to pick n pay for R25 .i am wanting pick n pay to collect the milktart and take it for testing I expect a full investigation to find how is it that pick n pay sells milk tart but this is my 3rd time i had to take it back to 3 different stores.I will never buy a milktart from pick n pay ever again but i want answers to how the kitchen makes the same fault everytime and burns it.
