Milk boxes that contain unknown substance

I wrote a review here in December last year about a complaint that I have regarding Pick 'n Pay branded milk. The contents of the 36 litres of milk that I purchased is definitely not milk and I am disgusted by the idea that I drank a glass if whatever this stuff is.

Subsequent to my complaint and my inquiry as to what this product contains, Pick n Pay is ignoring my complaint instead of, as they should, making every effort to investigate the matter - which is one of food safety - and taking the necessary steps to clarify the issue.

This incident is not contributing to my trust in any Pick 'n Pay branded products, which clearly can't be trusted and shouldn't be purchased.
