MESSED UP MANAGERMENT

PnP Nonqubela Link store , I was with my grandmother at the store on Sunday 03/11/2019. as the banks were full we decided to go to pnp to withdraw my gogo SASSA money, when we got at the till the cashier Nkosinathi advised no funds available in his till, I then requested to speak to the manager, the manager came advised there is no money with PNP my GOGO needs to go to the bank as PNP is not a bank and she walked away, my grandmother was in tears for the way we were spoken to by this person. HOW ON EARTH CAN PNP TURN AWAY THEIR CUSTOMERS - LOYAL CUSTOMER I WILL BE TAKING THIS TO THE LOCAL NEWSPAPERS AS MANY OLD PEOPLE WAS AFFECTED BY THIS MANAGER BEHAVIOR
