If I could give them 0 starts I Could , I placed an order 2 weeks ago. The order got canceled however I have been waiting fit my refund. I reached out through call and through Twitter but nothing has been done , it seems like no one knows what to do. I was my money picknpay, I had originally placed the order for my children's essentials.

I want my money back. Why do I have to keep reaching out to the most useless department if they don't even see the order and just tell me that.
For almost the whole month I have been chasing this, and I had to resort to this now.
