Memorable experience
<p>Today I had to go to Beacon Bay Pick 'n Pay to redeem a voucher I received from a yogurt supplier. I walked in and there is the manager at the front. Greeted me and asked me about how I'm liking the new personalised smart shopper discounts. (Really liking it!) Anyway, I collected what I wanted to purchase from the store and went to the cashier. I told her I have a WiCode (mobile tender) to use. She didn't look at me funny or even need to call a supervisor or manager. She knew exactly what to do. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! That's great service</p>
