i purchase via online app using my laptop , my money was deducted but the order was not processed , called the call center for assistance i was advised the funds will be reversed within 3o minutes , called again still no joy , the order was processed around 08;58 money was deducted the gentlemen i spoke to said i must cancel my cart and then they will refund it , I'm still waiting and not it more that 3 hour still no finds in my account
