Yesterday I had a terrible experience with pick n Pay Groblersdal. After buying my grocery I drove 20min to pick up the kids from school around 12:45. While waiting I went through my slip and I realized that I was over charged. The so called sale that was advertised was a ****. Took my last petrol and drove all the way back and indeed when I got there I was proven right. Pertunia the trainee manager took over my case and told me that it was a system error for the over charging. My question is had I not made them aware how many more people were they gonna **** and how many had they ****med from morning till I went to complain. Pertunia did not care that not only was I inconvenienced but I used my petrol as well. I am disappointed with how she handled the matter and with Pink n be ****med (Pick n Pay)
