Meat that was off!!! Now I'm sitting with diarrhea, cramps and vomiting.

I bought t-bone steak on special at Despatch Pick n pay on Saturday. It was R99.95 per kg. I made it for supper tonight. After me and my daughter ate it we both felt sick with stomach cramps and diarrhea . Now I'm sitting with a sick child and I'm also sick and started vomiting. I wasted R150 on meat that was off and I did not realize it. I'm really disappointed as this is not the first time that I bought meat that was off at this Pick n pay.
