Meat Quality bad and service bad

Hi. <br> My wife and I went shopping at Boksburg Hyper. We bought R2789.79 worth of groceries. I'm not happy with the Tenderize Steak, its full of sinews and fat. All packed in the bottom of the box. The meat on top looks good. The Lean Mince we bought is definitely not lean. It looks like fatty regular mince. At the dog food isle I had to go look for somebody to assist me with the 15kg special. I called two ladies who just ignored me and walked away. Damnit!!! At least the service at the butchery was fine. We are regular customers of PnP. We do our day to day shopping at Sunward Park or Elspark. We do our bulk buying at Boksburg North. Also can you believe it took 15 min to eventually find a staff member that knew about the parking ticket scanning. Let's see how the complaints are handled. ( This complaint was sent to PnP and they haven't even rep**** ) this is ridiculous. I have photos of everything, but there is no email I can send it to. I prefer emails as I am deaf.
