Meadowlands pick n pay

I don't even know where to start. The store it's so dirty and also selling spoiled meat. My sister,nephew and my brother are at bara hospital due consumption of their chicken meat. My nephew is 2yrs old and he was the first to be rushed to bara due to food poisoning. We firstly went to the store and all they did they gave us the forms to visit our nearest clinic and returned them and one of the cashiers told us my family are not the first people to complain and they can't do anything but give us those forms to complete. Can something be done with that store as it's very filthy,unhygenic ...even the staff members they are so demotivated by the state of their own store.
