Marlene needs to go training

I walk into pick n pay its 14:35 I pick up a few things I get in queue ,,,, This woman. Marlene she is called doesn't even say hi she asks me to take out the staff from the basket ,so I put the basket closer to her so she can reach the staff already she puts puts on this funny face, I say to her I need cash 1200 she looks at me a says rudely I don't have cash.First she didn't even check her drawer a secondly she is being rude again, I myself work in customer service a would never respond to someone like that, I ask her to call the manager Leon comes , very rude as well coloured guy, They walk down together I'm sure your cameras can show that a they are speaking in Afrikaans a he comes to be me a tells me there is no cash in the store... Man he didn't even ask any of the tellers if they cash like normal, its 15:00 in the afternoon a pick n pay doesn't have cash a yet they advertise we should withdraw in your stores...He even has the guts to go on with me as I'm asking him why he would walk up to me a say so without checking up with his staff, it went on and on until Marlene actually swears at me because I'm going on a on. I don't get it , do you guys train your people or when the employees are there too long they can shout a scream at customers as much as they want because they can. I'm really disappointed a as a person that shops at pick n pay on a daily basis I expect much better service, I have bought a been withdrawind money from pick n pay for years now a this was the most disrespectful behaviour ever.

Also train your staff regarding language because if I'm black and someone comes and speak about me in Afrikaans I don't know how you want to put that but that is definitely not acceptable...

Please handle this accordingly as I'm totally not happy and expecting feedback regarding this matter asap.
