Marked as delivered but never received it

I ordered from Pick and Pay ASAP and my order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The driver didn't call me to collect, and when I reported the issue, he contacted me and THREATENED ME. I was scared and intimidated. He even came to my residence, asking me to come out and talk face-to-face, which was really unsettling.

When I went outside, he didn't even recognise me because he didn't give me the package! He then went back to the branch and apparently told them a different story, making it seem like I'm lying. Unbelievable!

When I tried to resolve the issue, customer service was rude and seemed to doubt my story.I'm appalled by the lack of accountability and poor service.

I demand a full refund because I can’t be paying for an order I never received because of the driver’s ***** up!!
