<p>We live near the PE Pick & Pay Hypermarket. We're a family of 5. It is conveniently close when we need something. But mark my words you have to be super vigilant in terms of any specials, because when you get to the till (like today and almost everytime we go there), a different price is charged for an item that is advertised as a special (today it was rice!). You feel bad for holding up the long cue behind you, as the till lady needs to summon a supervisor - who then have to come to the till where you have to explain the situation (again), then the supervisor have to trek all the way into the store to verify your story about the price (which she did today). She came back after a long hold up at the till, with other customers irritated - to come and tell me that she is sorry but this is something that happens a lot - that price changes are not effected timeously/this morning as it was supposed to be. My till slip - at the bottom - tells me that I have paid R8.22 less for my purchases today? To go back the next time to 'save' again? This so called saving means absolutely nothing if I have to be super vigilant to not be overcharged for incorrect pricing at the till. </p>
