mark down items

i was at the Hatfield branch and on several occasion I see staff hiding the mark down groceries today 1 staff member took all the flora magerine that was on mark down and she took all the buns and hotdog bun on the shelf some staff member hide food at the till you see them taking them out from underneath the till and the cashier mercy madibane (sow from the slip) has no customer service she is very impatient and rude. I need to understand the process that is used for us customers to also benefit from the markdown items why is your staff taking everything are they saying customers are not suppose to purchase any of those items? also literally all stuff from deli to hot food to staff on the floor and worse your cashiers do not wear name badges knowing they can get away with bad behaviour as we are unable to call them by name. please I need feedback as I assume customers should get preference to buy 1st because your staff is taking advantage of the fact that they work there and wipe out the whole mark down section.
