Maponya Mall pick 'n Pay Best Customer Service.

with the lockdown approaching, the ques from outside the store were terribly long, somehow I wanted to leave but thought let me just wait patiently outside before we were let in to shop. I am writing to you to express my appreciation for excellent customer service which I had received from Your team Pick 'n Pay Maponya on the 25th March 2020. The team was warm and accomodating sanitizing everyone that went into the store (helpful). the ques moved quickly!!! most of your tills were manned. Big Up! the is a lady that shouts the available till (Mbali) she is on Point!!!

i hope that this is the kind of service that will be present in your store permanently as this is what the customers want to have.
