Manners maketh the man

Pick n pay mini market greenhills- such bad service received from the cashier Johan. He did not even acknowledge me, no hello no thank you. He didnt even bother to ask if I wanted a plastic bag! I had to carry my goodies in my hand in the pouring rain! Johan, maybe you are mute? I dont know... but one thing I do know is that manners make the man!! Funny how all my complaints always relate to pick n pay incidents :( . I will not go back to this store, which is actually in close proximity to home- but rather to the family store where I am guaranteed great service from friendly staff and management!
