Received such bad service from a cashier at the clear water store, Penny Hlophe. stood in the queue for almost 10 minutes while she took her time serving the customers as if she was doing us a favour and eventually when she decides to serve us she tells us that we are only allowed to purchase cigarettes from the counter, this after she helped everyone else in the queue who also did not buy cigarettes! one lady even bought an iron, with no problem at all. the issue is not the purchases at the cigarette counter but the bad attitude!! Penny, if you don't want to serve us with respect then maybe you should consider finding another job!!
