Manner of approach
I was at diepkloof square pick n pay when a cleaner pointed a finger at me for leaving a trolley next to the parcel counter. This started whilst I was paying when she requested for a trolley and I asked her not to take it as I am still going to take my shopping bag at the parcel counter as I did not purchase plastics. She then came outside when she pointed a finger at me and told me that she told me that I should not take it because now I left it there. It's not even outside the store, and she has the audacity to point a finger at a customer. I reported the matter to a gentleman by the name of David she didn't
