Managing (Attitude)

Good Morning

I like to complain about the treatment of the manager in Pick n Pay hyde Park.

I was at the shop yesterday and one of the staff members made a mistake of dropping stock on the floor from the trolley and it broke and the manager came in fuming with rage in front us customers. Telling the guy that he is going to pay for what he broke in the shop and if their are any aspired stock on the Trolley he is also going to pay for it. Now i don't know how the labour law works in protecting the rights of employees in the shops and the behavior of the manager was not nice towards his staff and in front of us as customers. The managers name is Mahindra from pick n pay Hyde park.
