I was at the pick n pay loch logan Bloemfontein 20 minutes ago. I only purchased a tropika juice and all the qeues was long so I went to the kiosk qeue. While inline another consumer walked towards the kiosk with a sliced brown bread. He was trying to push inline by showing by hand gesture that he only had a bread and did not want to stand in the qeue. I then showed my 1 item to him and he went to the back of the qeue. One of pick n pay's managers was also standing in the qeue right in front of me. The guy wirh the bread came right i n front of me to the manager asking him to let him pay for his bread. When I voiced myselfto the cashier saying that she should not assist him as he cut inline, she ignored me and I told her that I was going to report her.
I went to the manager Sydwell, but the manager in the qeue beat me to it by running to Sydwell first. When I told Sydwell what had happened, he hada sarcastic smile and said well there's nothing he can do about it.
I am a loyal consumer of pi k n pay and spent thousands at that store in a month and this is how you treat me pick n pay??? Shame on you, I'll switch to Checkers from now on :-(
