Managers do not care about customers or customer service

Pick n pay at goodwood take people for *******. It's been two weeks now with them calling and making empty promises. When I called the head office they hung up on me when my call got transferred to them. Sunita and Liezel have got excuses for days. I even have recordings of the phone calls they made promising lies. They know they were wrong to sell expired stuff but they acting like they doing me a favor by entertaining me. Are they even aware that they are putting people's health's at risk. I wonder how many people consumed their filth
