Manager with ZERO customer service skills.

Went to PnP Hyper in Woodmead today. They had a lot of summer clothing marked down including strappy shirts. ****erally 100's of them) there was two types of strappy shirts one kind marked down for R30 and the other for R39. I found my size a went to the counter to pay (I also took a couple of other thing) at the till the casher told me that the strappy shirt does not have a price tag on. I told her that I found it at the marked down section and she asked if it is ok to go fetch one with a price tag on. I told her it is fine and waited for her to come back. The clothing manage came back and very rudely told me that she cant give it to me at the same price as the R30 shirts on markdown. I said it is OK as I assumed it will then just be the R39 once. A this point the cashier at the till apologized for the managers rude behavior. The manager then came back with a shirt on full price. I told her it is marked down. She still showed ZERO customer service and was terribly rude. I told her she can cancel my hole transaction and walked right back to the clothing section where i grabbed 2 more of the exact same shirts with the marked down price and took it to the "Manager" She screamed at me that the shirt I had didn't had a price on and i cant claim ****. I told her that she is very rude and that I will report her to head office and she said "go a head" I decided to not report her to head office and rather share with the public that Checker Hyper waterfall is just 2km up the road from PnP Woodmead and the service is much better. (PS. I was 10 stickers away from collecting my 2nd set of glasses from PnP which roughly come to a spend of R10k over the last month. At Checkers Hyper I just bought a 6 pack of glasses for R100. Now that is what I call saving)
