Manager with rotten attitude

On Saturday morning we were standing in the queue and this security guard who says he is with Pick n Pay start swearing us outside the store. Then the manager ( Suren ) came out and he too started videoing us and saying we are not standing 1 m away. but there were no markings or anything else there.

The customers told them to stop taking pictures of us and this is when the manager started to swear us as well. He said it is cause of the staff safety. But guards and staff were not in masks and gloves and when we questioned them he told us to do what we want to do and he does not give a damn. He said he can close the store down and leave us standing there,

The customers took photos as well of his rude behaviour. He said the head office can't do him anything as he is the manager after all in spite of us telling him that we are the customers and the store is open cause of us.

He does not realise that his salary is coming out of our money that we spent there.

I am going to report him to ICASA as well as soon as this virus is over. As well as let ICASA know how the staff treat the customers like trash.
