Manager with a bad attitude MILLICENT - Centurion Mall

I was at pick and pay this morning to buy food and Aramex bags, it was very sad to see only 1 person (Frida) working at the food section with a long queue was very long Frida kept on asking for help from Tshidi whom I also asked to come and help because we left our works for lunch. I saw that Tshidi was not coming to help so I asked to speak to the manager, who was nowhere to be found too. My son loves chicken feet and I was not ready to leave without buying them and a colleague sent me pap and mogodu but the queue was just too long and 1 person serving that long queue would take a while When it was my turn to order the chicken feet were VERY cold and dead dry which is very disgusting we say (agatlile) meaning they are not right and they are not kept in a warm place. Never the less the manager came by the name of Millicent … very rude and very defensive lady I must say, I was showing her the feet that they don’t look right they must please keep them in the warm place she said if I DON’T WANT TO BUY THEM OTHER PEOPLE ARE WILLING TO BUY THEM…. I told her that she can surely move them to a place where its hot so that they don’t look so dry and dead she said NO ….. Im not complaining because OF THE CHICKEN FEET … im complaining because of the attitude that I got from Millicent and Tshidi. Im one of those people that eat with my eyes and if something is not neat or appetising then I can eat it or buy
