Manager subscribes to the Ghengus Khan schoop

I spent around 15 minutes in pnp Bela Bela this afternoon while a manager deflected his problems to me, (clearly as warning to me, not to complain And to curry favor with his staff who caused the problem in the 1st place) rather than fix the problem which took all of 2 minutes. This is unacceptable. I suggested that the logistics (the card terminal is 3 full paces away) at the till caused the issue-this was rejected by the manager out of hand.
