Manager rude and not willing to help - Makua Protea Glen Mall

On Saturday 02nd of May, I went to pick n pay Protea Glen Mall to withdraw money from NSFAS account, Celbux. The cashier Mathabo Pontso immediately told me she will not be able to assist as they received instruction from the Manager that when they assist students to withdraw the money it blocks the till. I asked how long ago that was and she said more than a week ago, and I asked it this happened more than a week ago have they been turning students away all this time and she could not confirm and called the Manager to answer. The Manager Makua came and straight away told he wont help me, I must go to Shoprite. I was very pinpointed the manner he handled the issue, He did not even make an attempt to try and withdraw money on the till instead he was very rude and turned me away. I was in tears walking out the shop and I even told him this money is to buy groceries the President said all citizens will be helped during this time. He could not be bothered. After having been waiting for more than an our outside just to get inside the shop. I than went to another Pick n Pay in Protea North branch where 2 ladies came together and assisted me, Nontobeko the cashier and Supervisor Gcobani.
