Manager refused to give him a R1000 voucher he won

Good morning My colleague saw an adverti*****t on your Pick n Pay brochure where one spends over a R1000 and get a R1000. He paid and upon paying he was assisted by Zanele Mdlalose and she saw that the guy won and called her Manager. He refused to give my colleague the R1000 after he saw the message which said my colleague won and advised him that its an error.

Is that how you commit *****? He deserves the R1000 and stop this false advertising and set your system to select certain people that you want to give the R1000 prizes to. Because by the looks of things the Manager have certain people in mind who he will provide with the R1000. It feels otherwise and a bit ******

Give him the R1000 he deserves unless he is keeping it for "certain people"
