Manager going the extra Mile

On Monday I bought a pack of frozen green beans at the Pick 'n Pay in Waterglen Shopping Centre. When I opened the pack yesterday, I discovered that the beans were all rotten. I contacted the Manager Riaan at the store and explained what happened. I said that I will only be able to return the pack over the weekend. Riaan immediately advised that he would deliver a fresh pack to my house the same evening. 10 Minutes later he stood in front of my house, with a fresh back of beans! I was speechless and pleasantly surprised. It is nice to know that there are still people out there who are willing to go the extra mile and going out of their way to keep their customers happy. Riaan, thank you very much again - this is highly appreciated and I will definitely return to your store!
