Manager being rude to staff in front of us

Yesterday afternoon I was not happy the way the "manager" shouted his staff in front of us customers.I'm regular customer at pick n pay and love the service I always get the..but I was so disappointed yesterday.I was by the lotto counter as the manager approved his staff in an unprofessional way.he should know better and as one thanks professionalism is part and parcel off pick n pay policy.I'm very angry and disappointed by gerfran.
