Management too good to assist paying customers

Pick 'n Pay Bela Bela: I decided to try out Pick 'n Pay instead of the Checkers in the other mall we usually go to. Twice - when packing my trolley, and packing the trolley of my brother and his wife, on the same day- did I have to ask and eventually run to the door for a trolley with my toddler. What was really poor service was there was a female, Caucasian manager standing against the wall, looking into my eyes, seeing that I am looking for a trolley and she just looked at me with a smile. She did not put out a hand to assist me or my family. The second time she was joined by another Caucasian manager, this time male, dark hair, i think with glasses. They both stood against the wall looking at me. Did not ask someone to assist any of us. Our group included two toddlers, my mom and three other adults. Happy to pack our own groceries, but we did a lot of shopping and needed trolleys, especially with the babies getting tired. Nobody even pointed us in the right direction. This is poor. Really poor guys. And also why our family no longer shops there.
