MANAGEMENT SARCSTIC AND RUDE AND SHOUTING TO US AND LAUGHING AT US

We were standing with a product that did not scan and needed help at a till point. The cashier used the call button to get the attention of the supervisor on duty which was ignored - we were standing for 5 minutes already and the supposed supervisor was ignoring the call. He was standing behind the magazine stand and my husband proceeded with a whistle to try and get the attention of the "Supervisor" acting as manager. He eventually came to the till and did not even greet us - he had a bad attitude and started to attack right away - demanding to know who whistled. He was rude and my husband informed him that it was him trying to get his attention. The supervisor then immediately attacked us saying that he is not a dog that gets whistled at. I then intervened saying that we were trying to get help and attention, I then informed him that I will be contacting head office because he is rude and he laughed at me, he was rude and he then said straight up what is our problem he is there now to assist. WOW what kind of managers do you employee to treat customers like that. I told him that we are customers and he said it doesn't matter. He was very rude, and then he sarcastically walked away and shouted to us in front of other customers "Have a nice day" Twice - what kind of manager treats your clients like that? I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and this is the way you allow your management to treat your clients? While is was walking out he proceeded to shout something else that I could not hear clearly and i turned around but continued to walk away. I do not deserve this treatment and yes I raised my voice as well but not once was I sarcastic nor rude the way he was. His name is apparently Andries. I want this matter to be resolved and I want an apology from him in writing about the way he treated us as customers, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE Pick n Pay...how dare my shopping experience be made horrible by one of your so called management level employees.
