Management S****s

It is sad to a black lady who is taking charge of a retail store and make others feel that they are in chargwe in a bad way. I went to Pick 'n Pay on Sunday morning 04/09/2016, i so love shoping there but i saw made me feel bad ffor the stuff members, a manager by the name of Nomsa Mkhwa**** was shouting one of her stuff memeber infront of the customers mind due the shop was packed, her reason for shouting was because the cashire requested to go to the bathroom vand eas her self, she made sure that the whole entire store feel her, it was a drama. maybe its me or what i dont know but does Pick 'n Pay refuse to let their stuff members to go eas themselves when they need to? Im black and feel proud when i see a fellow balck lady in charge of a business, but it give us ladies who are in charge a bad reputation, as if the power of being incharge makes uus go crazy. after that i just left everything that i needed to buy in the store and left. Nomsa Mkhwa**** made to feel emberassed about being a young black lady who is in charge. if the suff members are not happy trust me even the customers wont be happy because thhe services will be bad.
