management passing the buck
Bad service from pick n pay secunda, the was no one to help me at the butchery section and when I approached the front section of the store to ask for assistance? I was told that the butchery staff members had gone home for the day. And when I asked that why was the store still open if some sections are still open? Matlou was then called to assist? She came through and told me that she was busy with important things and she would get back to me once she is done. After I was told that their was no store manager in the store. When Walter whom I believe is the store manager was called to the aid! One of the staff members laughed at his face as I was telling my side of the story. But I believe she was reprimanded for her behaviour. But my question is that does pick n pay use zulu or Sotho when addressing it's customers, and are customers often told to wait while managers are busy or we should be attended to as we bringing business, regardless of the sale. Matlou needs to appreciate and respect all some, irrespective of race, age, gender and the money being spent. She needs to apologise for her behaviour, cause I believe she is a senior member of the store and should act as such.<br>
