Management ******** to Covid protocols as per government legislation

We went to the Springsgate branch and noticed a number of customers not wearing face masks as required by government legislation. My wife went to the manger Louw, who generally stands or sit like a statue at the front end. She mentioned to him that there are customers walking around not wearing masks. He went to 1 customer and asked him to put on a mask. We continued through the pay points and noticed that the other customers are still walking around without masks. Again my wife approached statue Louw and pointed out to him the customers not wearing masks. He just stood there and didn’t do a thing. This is normally his behavior even when you approach him about specials not available on the shelves, his response will be, we don’t have it. How does security allow customers to walk in without wearing masks ?? Why is “management “ not doing anything about it as he didn’t even did an effort to address the issue with the security. This issue will definitely be highlighted to the authorities . Who gives him, louw the right to put customers health and well being at risk with his don’t care attitude.
