Management feedback & complaints department bad
My wife bought lean beaf mince. On cooking it was anything but lean. I sent an online complaint to PnP on 23 July. I had a response saying it was being escalated to senior management for their response. I have twice followed up awaiting the feedback and to specifically understand the reason for false advertising and why my wife paid for a premium product and got a standard one. Despite these follow ups, and the right of response I have accorded them, I have still to get anything other than the automated message from the email system.

This shows the same amount of respect to me as a client, as was afforded to my wife in the original issue.

Its not great Pick n Pay to not be responded to at all. If you want to be a client facing business you need to afford your customers way more respect than you are currently showing. Remember: your customers are the reason you are in business.
Thank you for your email communication, we do apologise for no-one responding to your complaint.
I have re-escalated your complaint to the relevant personnel; you will receive feedback in due course.
Kind Regards
