Management doesn’t care make sense why cashiers are rude

I reported an issue with pic n pay on the 21st of March.Until this day they have not responded nor did anything. I understand why their cashier are rude to customers and do as they please.They know their management is part of the. Won’t ever shop there.when i respond to my complaint they keep saying “We are following up” IMAGINE.
