Management and pricing

Every week I shopping at Pick n Pay soneike. Been a regular customer for 17 years as it's 1 minute from my house. I have had many incidents in this store, especially the staff not treating me as a client because I am regular. Once again this evening, I had a issue with price you see is price you pay as labels and pricing in the store is always a issue. I got to the till everything rang up then told the cashier about the pricing, she sent someone to confirm the pricing and labels ect. The cashier then calls Ursela and I explained the story to her. Ursela then says under her breath "Ek hettie lus vir dit nie!" the cashier then laughs but obviously Ursela is referring to me, I addressed her and her response is "Jy vind altyd vout met alles, eks moeg en hettie tyd vir dit nie!" well first of all if the pricing was correct in store I wouldn't have these constant issues and also dealing with a uns****ed, *********** management and that has no form of customer service s****s. I told her I am still a paying customer and that her attitude stinks she then replies to me "Yours too!" loudly in the front of the store while I was walking out, this while the customer service manager was sitting there and heard everything. Well, I have just had it with the staff of pick n pay soneike! I want the store owner Marlo to call me. I don't see why I must drive to Glengarry Pick n Pay that's further away from my house to get better service, well trained, equipped staff and management. Clearly soneike is lacking something, some sort of ups**** training needs to be done and it's not the first time I am mentioning this.
