mama manager should stay at home

<p>I didn't have still slip and wanted to exchange a n item at Pick and Pay clothing store. I found something to the value of 70 my original purchase was to the value of 109. I asked for a gift voucher for the balance. I was refused a gift voucher by the mama manager becoz I don't have a till slip. My smart shopper card wasn't even asked to trace my purchase and the systems wasn't offline. The cleaner left her mop in-between the shelves blocking the way. This is a brand new store bigger than the older one but the clothes kept on falling of the shelves because too full and hangers are ****. The mama looked at me as if it was my job to put it back on the shelf. Badly managed store. Gertrude Mashego you should stay at home!</p>
