Mall of Africa Supermarkets should be Shut Down

I am speechless!

First my shopper sends me a picture of butternut and tells me that leeks are out of stock, would I like to substitute, thereafter a picture of rice noodles but no message and no mention of anything else being out of stock, which I unfortunately discovered once I received my order, that there were no sweet potato and butternut bags, no leeks and no smoked mussels. Nothing unusual for the store to be out of stock of most items.

Then the order is set to arrive at 11, then only arrived 40 minutes later, all after being called to say that the order won't arrive at 10 but will be 11 due to rotisserie chicken still cooking.

I received my order, and in one bag is a HOT chicken along with all the vegetables that belong in the fridge AND FROZEN FISH! The box of the fish was soft and wet due to the heat of the chicken and had started to defrost, in what world do you pack hot and frozen food together?

Then, not only have I paid R 76 for asparagus but it has been replaced with baby asparagus (NOT the same price on the app).

As if that is not enough, the chicken is undercooked!!!!

I will no longer utilise any online services if they are going to continue using the shops at Mall of Africa, it is beyond unacceptable and this is the last time I EVER purchase anything from this store.
