Maggots found in oats

Utterly disgusted, it's been a month now since I logged a complaint. I only received a response from Kimone Stephens saying that they are looking into the matter and since then nothing else. Is this how pick n pay treats their customers. Should I not receive a response ASAP, I will definitely go further with this.
