Magazine I purchased not packed!

I bought groceries from PnP in hatfield mall, I purchased a magazine too. There was a packer lady at the till who packed my grocerie. When I got home I was shocked to find that the Drum Magazine I bought is not there. I checked my till slip and yes It reflected and its the first item on my slip. I tried calling the store to complain but the phone rang unanswered. I just want them to rewind their cctv camera to check this and give me my magazine. It was on the 04.05.2015 at 16:47. This is not fair really.
