LYING STAFF AT PICK N PAY STEELDALE.

Shocking customer service at Pick n Pay Steeldale, I needed to take two vacuum cleaners in for repairs, I went to the store twice by the lady who is supposed to handle this was never available, I waited and waited but was told she was busy or on lunch or on tea. I then went back for the third time and once again she was nowhere to be found, this time I asked for a Manager and a gentlemen by the name of Vijay came to assist. This was 23rd March 2019, I waited a few weeks and started calling, once again the lady who deals with this was unreachable, on 24 April I got hold of Vijay again who told me he was arranging for my vacuum cleaners to be ready for collection on 26 April, he would call me to collect. Once again I called and ONCE AGAIN THE LADY WHO DEALS WITH IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. On 7 May I had still not heard anything and when I called Vijay was on leave andI spoke to Shaun who called me back and told me I would definitely have them back by 10 May 2018. On 10 May I called again and this time Shaun told me definitely by Monday. I have stopped buying from Pick n Pay because of the attitude of staff and after this experience I certainly will avoid this store, I spend an average of R10 000.00 a month at Checkers where staff are friendly and helpful and customer service is fantastic.
