LUNGI MAGWAZA VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL

I am so disappointed on the service I received at pick and pay La Lucia mall, as a pick and pay daily shopper I have never experienced this kind of service .on the *** I walked in a happy shopper but left so heart broken. the unexpected happened and it torn me inside. what this lady did was beyond me. this is what happened, I walked in and did my shopping went to pay by the cashier named LUNGI MAGWAZA as I approached her she was having a very good conversation with her packer, so I put my stuff on her desk and waited after a minute she decides to stop talking and starts scanning my stuff ,no greeting or apology for making me wait ok I let that go she finishes scanning and just looks at me so I look at her and await to hear the price or her asking if I have a smart shopper card , she just looked at me so I just gave her my card and asked if she also included a packet ,she then told me its not her job to ask me if I want a packet if I want one I must tell her i then requested for a packet she scans it and throws it to me then tells me its not her job to pack and she will not stoop to my lower level ,she's not my **** tells me I only bought 4 things why must she pack for me
