Loyal customer treated very unfriendly.

I'm very disappointed in PnP Plumstead as a loyal customer.I wanted to buy sprite zero as I'm diabetic.When I came to the fridge it stated 2 x R30 2lt.Below the sign was Sprite 2.5 without realising I took 8 bottles unaware it's 2.5lt.I paid then checking my slip I saw it was normal priced at R20.99 per bottle.I called Rene Jacobs not a very friendly face however I told her and she just said sorry she can't help it so I asked if there is no 2lt Sprite zero as the price tag read sprite without specifications.Rene Jacobs really does not have Managerial skills as she cannot manage.Another Manager would have send someone from that department to check regarding the 2lt Sprite Zero.I would not want to change stores as the new 3Arts centre has opened and very tempting to move as everything is at hand there even though PnP Plumstead is my favourite store.Rene Jacobs could have made a plan instead of loosing a loyal customer.Very unfriendly person not even a smile on her face when aproaching a customer.
